nope, it is photoshopped if the photographer would have used the zoom technique, the rider would still be blurred because when he zooms in/out the rider would get bigger/smaller causing it to blurr. the photographer would have to move closer while zooming to make it work. you can also tell its photoshopped because you can see the layers. 1 layer in the back where there is the trees (normal pic) and the other on top making the effect. |
